1. Aneechi Kids’ Sanctuary Bed Limited Warranty is valid for 5 years from the date of shipping.

2. Damage or loss caused during transit to the customer’s specified address will be covered.

3. The Sanctuary Bed is hand made from natural Pine wood, and as such each product will have its own unique aesthetic characteristics. Slight cosmetic imperfections and minor wood knots/pith are to be expected.

4. Major cracks or structural weaknesses, due to manufacturing defects, will be covered under normal daily use.

5. Issues which are attributable to accidental or intentional damage, negligent use, improper assembly, structural modifications, commercial use or wear and tear are not covered. 

6. Damage or loss caused by any other external factors will not be covered.

7. Solutions offered may include replacement of parts or total product replacement, with the same, equivalent, or newer version.
