- Each product is crafted to order. Estimated build time is currently 1 week.

- Orders are shipped via FedeEx Ground or FedEx International. 

- If you would like delivery to coincide with a planned move, let us know and we will arrange for delivery to be made at a specified later date.

- Free US shipping.

- Worldwide shipping available. 

- Please contact us if your country is not showing during check-out and we will add a custom rate. 

- Import Duties and Taxes are additional and need to be paid to the respective authority.

Return Policy

- Due to packaging, shipping and assembly considerations, we are not able to offer exchanges or accept returns once items have been shipped. 

- If you need any advice in selecting the most suitable bed frame size, please reach out to us and we will be more than happy to assist you in making the right decision. 

- If you are looking for a specific color to match with existing furniture or decor, please reach out to us beforehand, to ensure your expectations will be met. All beds are hand made from natural Pine wood, and as such each product will have its own unique aesthetic characteristics, such as grain structure, wood color and tone. Due to natural variations in each tree, and differences due to lighting, the tone and grain structure may vary from what is shown in product photos.

- Should any quality issues arise, products are covered by our 5-year Limited Warranty.
